helpful staff clean room convenient location
The reception staff were very helpful. The room was clean and also well-kept. The location is convenient with easy access to the train station and many dining options nearby.

The hotel provides a direct, marked walkway to the bts station on the ground floor, next to the restaurant and restrooms, it is very convenient. A swimming pool with limited loungers is available. There is also a japanese toilet with heating in every room.

The room i stayed in was bright and very clean. The housekeeping service was very thorough, the surfaces were super clean each day. There was a separate toilet and shower room, a thoughtful design, and everything was cleaned to a high standard.

The hotel is near the thong lo bts station, specifically exit 3. thong lo street is just a short walk away and has street food stalls. a seven-eleven store is right next to the hotel, providing easy access to necessities.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. It included western and Asian options. Staff members were polite and helpful. They were well-trained in Japanese hospitality. The hotel is near the BTS station, Thong Lo. This made getting around the city simple.
